At Noveris, we take pride in providing fresh, quality African groceries sourced directly from the London wholesale market. Because of the nature of our products, our refund and return policies are designed to ensure food safety and fairness for all customers.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items or perishable goods, including all fresh and frozen items.
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final to maintain the safety and quality of our food products.
Refunds
If any item you ordered is unavailable or out of stock at the market, the cost of that item will be refunded within 10 days after the market day.
Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method used when placing your order.
