How does Noveris work?
Noveris operates on a pre-order model. You place your order before market day, and we go to the London wholesale market to buy your items fresh and at cost. A small handling fee covers transportation to your chosen pickup city — Bristol, Newport, or Cardiff.
How often do you go to the market?
We run the market trip once every month. After each trip, customers are notified to pick up their orders from their designated location.
What is the handling fee for?
The handling fee simply covers the cost of transporting your goods from the London market to your pickup city.
We do not add any markup on product prices.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, Noveris only provides pickup from our three main cities — Bristol, Newport, and Cardiff.
If delivery becomes available later, we’ll announce it in the WhatsApp groups and on our website.
How do I join my city’s WhatsApp group?
Each pickup city has its own WhatsApp group for updates and announcements.

What happens if an item I ordered isn’t available?
Sometimes certain products aren’t available at the wholesale market. In such cases, we issue a refund for that item after the market day.
How are prices determined?
Prices are based on the most recent market rates. Since wholesale prices can fluctuate, the total cost might change slightly. If prices go down, we refund you the difference; if they go up, we’ll contact you before completing your order.
